DELIVERY TIMES
We ship our Products 48 hours; this is to allows time for all a few orders to be posted in one trip.
Please Understand that this is a 1-person pack and parcel show, and has set days allows mum time, homeschool and business time balance as is life.
If there is an URGENT shipping or express, they will be shipped the next day (unless weekend) Thus will be communicated to you.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO ?
Currently we are only shipping to Australia.
All parcels delivered both domestically and interstate are delivered via the Australia post network and have parcel tracking included, using your email in check out allows us to have this synced to your parcel.
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
Our parcels do not require a signature upon delivery. If the designated time of 3 weeks -allowing for postal times to vary, as is now the standard for please contact us immediately for assistance via our email hello@remnscnt.com
DELIVERY TIMES
As a rule, we ensure allowances are made for unforeseen circumstances relating to shipping beyond our control, so have therefore factored in an additional 1-2 days on top of the standard timeframe stipulated by Australia Post.
As your business is important to us, it is our priority to alleviate any risk or possible inconvenience caused to you as a result of shipping problems, so have ensured that tracked shipping is applied to all of our parcel orders.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Our primary postal provider is Sendle & at times Australia Post
Upon purchasing our products, you should receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received.
Once we have processed your order, and it has been dispatched, you will receive an additional email with the tracking number assigned to your delivery shipment. It is our policy to ensure we ship within 48 hours of every order received.
If for unexplained reasons you do not receive any order acknowledgement emails from us, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve this for you in a timely manner.
Please also allow 48 hours for your parcel to register the tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.

RETURN POLICY
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because customer satisfaction including respecting your privacy is very important to us. Because we deal in Vintage, Retro and Second Hand Goods, this is not a general store like Kmart where can offer the luxury of exchange or change of mind.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
1. Due to the nature of the product being provided, we generally do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds except:
-Errors by us during preparation and shipping such as incorrect qty, and/or incorrect colour shipped.
- Please Provide photo evidence within the first 12 hours of delivery, video the box from opening to ensure your proof is validated. This will help us to resolve your issue in a timely manner, where as if this is a business fault or postage fault.

We will happily refund and/or exchange under the above circumstances provided:
-Goods are returned or exchanged within 24 hours from the purchase date (exclusions apply). After this period, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
-The goods are in their original packaging and in its original condition, not used or damaged in any way.
-Customer is to pay for shipping fees, ensure a NEW fragile sticker is intact on box and minimum insurance is on item before postage, to cover for any damage or loss by AU Post or in transit.
-Provides receipt of purchase via email before you commence process and all is agreed upon.
Our company reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
2. Our company does not accept the return of items from the following categories, due to change of mind reasons:
-No longer like or want the product
-Custom orders / Refurbished items is a FULLY NON REFUNDABLE Service we provide
Note: In order to process your return, we may, at our discretion, request and record Identification documents and/or personal information, purely to ensure the accurate processing of any returns/exchanges or refunds owed to you. Any personal information you provide will be managed with a high degree of privacy and confidentiality.
