Floral Policy 

No refunds or exchanges are permitted due to all arrangements being custom. When & If at the Time we offer in stock options, we will adjust our policy accordingly

 

Print Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our prints, with a glass frame all product is wrapped ensured for safety, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling. Should you receive your order as damaged, please email us at hello@remnscnt.com and we are more than happy to organise a refund or replacement. No additional shipping cost will apply.

Please photograph, post label clearly, package wrapping and damaged product for us so we may lodge insurance claim with our postal providers.

 

Candle Policy 

Our candles are individually hand poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible. They may vary slightly in colour, scent and appearance due to the nature of soy wax. We do not offer refund or exchange therefore please choose our products carefully prior to purchasing.

Damaged product

Incorrect product

Should you receive a product from us that is incorrect, we are able to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and some photos of the item. Please note that all incorrect items must be returned to our studio in its original state to receive a refund or replacement. No additional shipping cost will apply.

Please note that if you’ve purchased our products through one of our stockists, you will be covered by their return policy and will need to contact them directly.

 

Processing

 If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
